Frequently asked questions

What can be bought with the card?

Everything in the shop: in-person workshops, the online course and sewing patterns. It is not limited to one type of product; the person receiving it picks whatever they like best.

How does the gift reach the person receiving it?

By email. When you buy, you tick “Send this as a gift” and enter their email address, name and a message; it arrives as soon as the purchase is complete. In the email they get your dedication (up to 200 characters) and the card code, with a button to view, copy or print it. If you would rather hand it over in person, leave that box unticked: the card comes to you by email and you print it, without the other person receiving anything.

If they choose a workshop, can they pick the date?

Yes. When redeeming the card for a workshop, they choose among the open dates the one that suits them best, as long as places are available. The card itself has no date: it can be used whenever they like within its validity period.

How long is the card valid?

6 months from purchase. After that, the card expires and can no longer be used.

Can it be used across several purchases?

Yes. If they do not spend the whole balance, what is left stays available with the same code.
